Blueprint Counseling offers a full range of evidence based mental health services designed to meet individuals and families where they are. We provide care for children ages 3 and up, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, with a focus on consistency, clinical depth, and intentional treatment planning. Our work spans everyday mental health support as well as specialized care, always grounded in proven therapeutic approaches and delivered by licensed clinicians.

Our services include individual therapy, child and adolescent counseling, family and couples therapy, trauma focused treatment including specialized care for sexual trauma, a structured Problematic Sexual Behavior program, and secure telehealth services. Each service is thoughtfully designed to support healing, growth, and long term resilience. Whether you are navigating a specific challenge or looking to strengthen relationships and wellbeing, Blueprint Counseling provides care by design, built to move you forward with clarity and confidence.
1
Individual Therapy
Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or thrown off course by a change or loss? Maybe something from your past keeps resurfacing, or you know life could work better than it does right now. Blueprint Counseling offers individual therapy for adults and teens, grounded in evidence-based care and built around you. This is a space to slow things down, take stock, and start designing a clearer path forward with a consistent, licensed therapist.

We help clients work through anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and unhelpful patterns, and we also support growth, self awareness, and skill building when nothing is “wrong” but something is unfinished. Think of therapy as a working set of plans, not a crisis response. Intentional care, thoughtfully designed, so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.
2
Child & Adolescent
Is your child overwhelmed, dysregulated, or acting in ways you do not recognize? Home can start to feel like a constant power struggle, where routines, expectations, and emotions collide. Anxiety, big feelings, attention challenges, or uncertainty about what is being asked of them can quietly disrupt a child’s sense of safety and confidence. Blueprint Counseling provides a steady, developmentally appropriate space where children ages 3 and up can express themselves, and where parents are supported without blame.

We work with young children, adolescents, and their families using evidence based, age appropriate approaches designed for today’s high pressure world. From early childhood through the teen years, emotions often arrive before language or skills. Our focus is on building regulation, communication, and trust early, while helping parents create structure with compassion. This is intentional care by design, supporting healthy development now and resilience that lasts.
3
Trauma Therapy
Does your past, or your child’s past, still shape how daily life feels right now? Trauma can settle in early, before there are words to explain it, and continue to influence emotions, behavior, and relationships long after the event has passed. It often shows up as anxiety, depression, anger, shutdown, or a deep sense of shame or self blame. At Blueprint Counseling, we understand trauma as a learned survival response, not a personal failure.

Blueprint Trauma Services specialize in trauma informed care for children, adolescents, and adults, with particular expertise supporting youth affected by sexual trauma. We use Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other evidence based approaches matched to developmental needs, and we partner with caregivers when appropriate to strengthen safety and trust. Our work is structured, compassionate, and intentional, helping clients reclaim stability, confidence, and a future not defined by what hurt them.
4
Couples & Family Therapy
Does it feel like your home or your relationship is constantly misfiring? Communication breaks down, tension lingers, and small issues turn into repeated standoffs. For couples, this can look like feeling unheard, disconnected, or stuck in the same arguments. For families, co parenting becomes a battle and parenting strategies that once worked no longer do. Blueprint Counseling approaches couples and family therapy as a system, not a set of individual problems. When one relationship is strained, the entire structure feels it.

Couples and family therapy help partners and families reduce conflict, rebuild trust, and navigate transitions such as parenting stress, divorce, remarriage, loss, or ongoing pressure. We work with couples to strengthen communication, repair connection, and realign as a team, while also supporting parents and children with clearer boundaries and healthier patterns at home. The goal is not perfection. It is alignment. Stronger relationships, fewer blowups, and the ability to move forward together with intention.

Problematic Sexualized Behaviors
Is your family overwhelmed by behaviors you do not understand or feel unprepared to manage? When a child’s sexual behaviors raise concern, fear, confusion, and shame can quickly take over. Parents often feel isolated, blamed, or unsure how to protect everyone involved while still supporting their child. Blueprint Counseling’s PSB Program approaches these situations through a structured, evidence based, and family centered lens. We focus on safety, accountability, and skill building, not labels or panic.

Our Problematic Sexual Behavior program is designed for children and youth, with active caregiver involvement as a core component. Using developmentally appropriate, research supported models, we help young people learn boundaries, self regulation, and healthy behavior while supporting caregivers with clear guidance and tools. The goal is prevention, stability, and long term wellbeing. With the right structure and support, families can move forward, regain confidence, and restore a sense of safety and trust at home. Telehealth
Does getting to therapy feel like one more thing you cannot fit into your life? Between work, school, parenting, transportation, or emotional fatigue, consistent care often becomes the first thing to fall apart. Telehealth at Blueprint Counseling is designed to remove those barriers without lowering the standard of care. Same clinicians. Same evidence based therapy. A format that works where life actually happens.

Our telehealth services provide secure, confidential therapy for children, teens, adults, couples, and families. Sessions are structured, intentional, and built for continuity, not drop in care. Telehealth allows us to meet clients where they are while maintaining clinical depth, consistency, and connection. The goal is not convenience alone. It is access by design, so meaningful progress does not depend on geography, schedules, or logistics.

Clinician Supervision
Launching your counseling career comes with high expectations and real pressure. Blueprint Counseling provides North Carolina LCMHC approved clinical supervision designed to help LCMHCAs meet licensure requirements while developing confidence, competence, and a sustainable professional identity. Supervision is treated as more than a checkbox. It is structured mentorship focused on sound clinical judgment, ethical practice, and long term growth.

Our supervision model offers experienced guidance from supervisors with deep backgrounds in trauma work, youth and family therapy, and complex clinical settings. Sessions are flexible, including virtual options and evening availability, and are built around your goals and caseload. The process begins with a consultation to align expectations, followed by a clear supervision contract and ongoing mentorship through individual or group sessions that meet North Carolina board requirements. The goal is not just licensure. It is becoming a capable, grounded clinician who is prepared for the work ahead.
