Desiree Lambert is dedicated to providing specialized counseling for children, teens, and adults who have experienced trauma, including sexual or physical abuse. With 9 years of experience, she utilizes TF-CBT, AF-CBT, and CPT to help clients process painful experiences, reduce trauma symptoms, and build healthy relationships. Her approach involves creating a safe and supportive environment for trauma survivors to heal and thrive.

Hannah Hungerford
Outpatient Therapist | LCMHCA
Hannah Hungerford is a compassionate and dedicated licensed clinical mental health counselor associate who works with other children and adults navigating life's emotional challenges. She helps clients manage anxiety, process trauma, build healthier relationships, and better understand themselves. Whether working with a child struggling to express big feelings or an adult facing burnout, grief, or identity questions, Hannah creates a calm, nonjudgmental space where healing and growth can take root.

Shekinah Fonville

Shekinah offers virtual-only sessions and is dedicated to supporting children, adolescents, and adults as they navigate life’s challenges. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or burdened by trauma or difficult emotions, Shekinah provides a safe space to find your way forward toward better mental health and stronger family connections. She believes everyone has the capacity for growth and healing, which begins by understanding our thoughts and behaviors and recognizing the influence of our relationships and past experiences. Together, you’ll build strategies that empower you to live more fully and with greater peace of mind.

Jasmin Garcia-Solis
Outpatient Therapist | LCSWA
Jasmin Garcia-Solis provides counseling for children, teens, and adults navigating mental health and life challenges. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Appalachian State University and her Master’s degree in Social Work from Western Carolina University. Jasmin uses evidence-based approaches including Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients build practical skills, improve emotional well-being, and work toward meaningful healing. She strives to create a supportive, collaborative environment where clients feel safe and heard. Jasmin is bilingual in Spanish and English and can incorporate a faith-based perspective into counseling at a client’s request.
Addy Salisbury
Outpatient Therapist | LCMHCA
Addy is an empathetic and compassionate licensed clinical mental health counselor associate who provides a safe space to support children, adolescents, and adults as they face everyday life stressors. Addy provides a warm, person-centered approach for all sessions. Whether she is teaching individuals about various coping skills or holding space for you as you work through a difficult time in your life. Addy ensures that she meets you where you are on your mental health journey, and will help guide you towards self-growth and empowerment. Addy has experience working with individuals with various mental health diagnoses. Including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Schizophrenia, and personality disorders. Addy works alongside you to improve your overall mental health.

Hamilton
Certified Good Boy
Hamilton is Hannah’s Australian Labradoodle and Blueprint Counseling’s unofficial Chief Comfort Officer. With a talent for making people smile and a sixth sense for finding the coziest spot in the room, Hamilton believes every hard day is a little better with a wagging tail nearby.
While he takes his therapy dog duties very seriously, he is not available for separate appointments, contract negotiations, or emotional support squirrels. His compensation package currently consists of treats, belly rubs, and enthusiastic compliments.
