It is our commitment to removing obstacles that can keep people from getting counseling. Whether the barrier is distance, technology, internet access, or language, we are working to make care more reachable.
This is not app-based, automated, or rotating-provider therapy. Care is delivered by a licensed clinician who remains with you throughout treatment and works form a defined clinical framework.
How we do it
Telehealth
Blueprint’s telehealth services provide the same structured, professional counseling offered in person, delivered through secure video sessions. This option allows clients to meet with their therapist from home, work, or another private location, making it easier to stay consistent with treatment even when schedules are busy or transportation is difficult.

Telehealth can be especially helpful for parents, working professionals, individuals with transportation challenges, or those who simply prefer the convenience of virtual care. Our clinicians use the same thoughtful, individualized approach, with the added flexibility of meeting in a way that fits your life.
Device Access
Access to a reliable device can be a barrier to receiving telehealth services. With assistance from a grant through NCDHHS, Blueprint Counseling may be able to provide loaner devices for eligible clients who need them to participate in virtual sessions. This support is intended to ensure that lack of technology does not prevent someone from receiving care.

Loaner devices are available on a limited basis and may be subject to eligibility requirements, availability, and program guidelines. Our team will work with clients to determine whether this option is appropriate and to help ensure the equipment is used safely and effectively for counseling services.
Internet Support
Reliable internet access is essential for telehealth, but it is not always available in every household. Blueprint Counseling may offer limited internet support options, including hotspot access, for eligible clients who need connectivity in order to participate in services. These options are designed to reduce access barriers and help maintain consistency in care.

Internet support may be temporary and based on eligibility, availability, and program guidelines. Our goal is to provide practical solutions that allow clients to focus on treatment, while also ensuring services remain secure, stable, and appropriate for telehealth delivery.
Spanish Services
Blueprint Counseling offers Spanish-language services to better serve individuals and families who prefer to communicate in Spanish. Receiving counseling in your preferred language can improve comfort, clarity, and connection, helping therapy feel more natural and effective.

Our bilingual clinicians provide culturally responsive care and work with clients in Spanish or English based on individual preference. Whether services are provided in person or through telehealth, our goal is to make counseling accessible, comfortable, and meaningful for Spanish-speaking clients.
Eligibility
Support for loaner devices and hotspot access may be limited and based on eligibility, availability, and program guidelines. To be eligible you must reside in Randolph, Moore, or Montgomery Counties, enrolled in a Medicaid plan, and have a need for the service.
